Does reusing the marinade alter the quality of the pork chop?
I am very happy with simple dinners. I love pork. I bought a couple of shoulder blade cuts today, mostly because they were priced very reasonably, but also there's a nice bone for the dog. Your marinade seems easy and doable. I like the the addition of bay leaves and bourbon. I'll try it and let you know. Cheers!
