  1. Quite honestly, first start up and seasoning is the easiest thing that you will ever do with a pellet smoker. It’s even spelled out step by step in the Owner’s Manual that comes with it.

    What you do later is far more important.

  2. You have the Pit Boss Pro series. What is the model number of your grill. How many cubic inches of cooking space is on the bottom rack?

    I don't care of WIFI stuff. If I can find one this is the model I want to get. I want to make sure it has wheels on all 4 legs.
