*1. Bread Pudding*
_Ingredients:_
– ½ cup sugar
– 1 cup mixed nuts
– 1½ cups milk
– 6 eggs
– 16 oz stale pastries (croissants, cinnamon rolls, donuts, etc.)
– ⅔ cup powdered sugar
– berry sauce to garnish
*2. Bread Salad*
_Ingredients:_
– 16 oz stale bread
– 8 oz mixed tomatoes
– 2 sticks butter
– 2 garlic cloves
– 1 bunch of parsley
– 1 tbsp salt
– 1 red onion, sliced
– ¾ cup mixed olives
– juice of 1 lemon
– grated parmesan to garnish

_Ingredients:_
– 16 oz stale bread
– 1¼ cups milk, hot
– 1 onion, diced & sautéed
– 1 egg
– ¾ cup chopped parsley
– salt, pepper & nutmeg to taste
