-1 1/2 tbsp olive oil
-2 garlic cloves(finely chopped)
-1 dry red chili (chopped) or 1/2 TSP chili flakes
-1 TSP dry oregano leaves
-1& 1/2 cups butternut squash soup
-3 cups cooked pasta
-Chopped Italian parsley to garnish

For a creamy and richer sauce, enhance it by adding some fresh cooking cream or coconut milk to keep it vegan friendly.
