Welcome back to yet another video in my channel. This video content is on “How To Make Sour Fish Curry”. There are lots of different versions of Sri Lankan fish curries and each dish will have its own unique taste. The Garcinia (Goraka), Tomato, Tamarind and Lime extract would take care of the sour component. I have added a little of all of these to get a mixed sour flavor and trust me it is divine. You can adjust the spices and flavor according to your taste, it never needs to be the exact measurement. For those who need I have listed out the measurements of the ingredients below.

Measurements: Serves 4-6
250g fish (Any fish of your choice preferably with less bones)
Few corriander leaves
4-5 mint leaves
1/2-1 inch piece of ginger
5-6 garlic pods
4-5 green chilli
1 large ripe tomato
1 small onion
2 tbsp Oil (Preferably coconut oil)
Pandan leaf
Curry leaves
1/4 inch piece of Garcinia (also called as “Goraka” )
1 tsp turmeric
1 tbsp curry powder ( you can substitute this with corriander if you wish)
1 tbsp chilli powder
1 tbsp cumin powder
1/4 tsp cinnamon powder
1 tsp garam masala powder
Salt as per taste
1/4 cup thick coconut milk
Water as required
1 tsp lime juice (optional)
Tamarind pulp (according to your taste)
