Ingredients
▪️Vermicelli/ सेवई -1/2kg
▪️Milk/ दूध – 1.5 litre
▪️Ghee/ घी -300grams
▪️Khoya/ मावा – 250grams
▪️Sugar/ चीनी -1.5kg
▪️Cardamom powder/ इलायची पाउडर -1tsp
▪️Saffron/ केसर – a pinch / एक चुटकी
▪️Roasted Dry fruits/ भुने हुए सूखे मेवे
▪️Ghee for roasting dryfruits/ सूखे मेवों को भूनने के लिये घी

Step by step Recipe
▪️In a heavy bottom pan add Desi ghee & roast vermicelli on medium flame ( I used banarasi sewai) keep aside.
▪️In the same pan add Desi ghee and roast dryfruits start from roasting foxnut followed by almonds, coconut, cashew, pistachio, chironji & raisins keep aside.
▪️Now in that same pot add sugar and milk keep stirring until milk starts to curdle in case it doesn’t get curdled you can add 1-2 drops of lemon juice.
▪️Now add khoya,dryfruits and saffron let it cook for 5 min
▪️Add vermicelli & Cardamom powder mix well and cover it with lid then close the flame and let it rest for about half n hour now serve and enjoy.
