Skin off the carrots man surely? They look like they were near rotting 😂

In a dutch oven pan. Add meat, onion, broth carrots, cube potatoes seasonings
Cook either on stove top or oven wirh cover. One pot needed.
That looks soooo good😋 And it seems easy to make.

Fry your beef in flour next time
Made this tonight and my family loved it! Great recipe thank you chief
Anyone know about American goulash? That’s what I grew up on but I missed my chance to eat authentic goulash a few days ago when I was Helen.
Had some at a Hungarian restaurant in San Francisco. It was a tiny family place. It was awesome.
Should cook the carrots longer.
Unpeeled carrots?
So good and so simple. Remember, real hungarian gulash is HOT, but not so you can´t eat it but almost..
So it's basically a beef stew
Bill Hader sent me here.
One thing that I was told in Hungary is that you need to use 2 or 3 different types of paprika (normal, sweet, smoky) to really get that rich flavour. Also if you can get hold of proper Hungarian paprika it makes a big difference
This would really go well together with rice 👌
Made this recipe yesterday for dinner (w/a couple of subs ground beef instead of chuck and pickled sweet cherry peppers instead of bell because I didn't want to go to the store). Everyone loved it, even my 3yo and very picky 13yo daughters. Would absolutely have been better if I'd had the bell peppers. Outstanding!
Looks like beef stew to me??
Se ve chido el caldito de res, compa! Saludos
this looks amazing!!
I do equal parts beef and onions, it thickens the goulash nicely and brings lots of richness
Browning meat under the broiler has been a game changer. Tastes just as good, and no mess.
Its universally loved
This looks exactly like Filipino Kaldereta, but milder.
Ive been making this dish for 30+ years now. Love it! My grandmother was from Hungary. She taught me well!
This is beef stew with extra steps
🤤🤤🤤🤤
I would dice the carrots and fry them with the onions, to release more flavor and sweetness. Also, I like to combine smoked paprika for a richer taste. Good work.
