  1. It turned out great. ❤ I just kind of regret that you didn’t start frying it in lard. But it’s clear you put your heart and soul into it. Anyway, this is one of those dishes where every household has its own way of making it. 😊

  2. As a Hungarian, this is one of the more accurate goulash recipes I've seen so far. I rarely see tomato and bell peppers in the mix, but not an illegal addition. If you add beans to it, you get bean goulash. And you can't forget the sour cream from the top, it gives an extra comforting factor.
