    1/2 tea spoon haldi
    1 chota tea cup dahi phenta huwa
    2 medium size peyaz cut .
    Mix all above and without meridate cook it.
    Take half cup oil in krahi .
    Bri ilaichi ,long ,kri Patta ,Kali mirch,darcheeni ..yeah sb oil Mai dal dain or phr Jo mixture bnaya tha woh dal dain .
    Anch darmeyani honi chahiye .
    Ghosht ko mix kartay huway 1 ubal anay ka Intizar karain gain .
    Ubal k Baad peyaz dahi ka Pani nikalna Shuru ho jaye ga .
    Pani jb nikalna zahir ho jaye to anch dheemi kr dain .dam dain or dahi peyaz walay Pani Mai 20-25 mint gosht ko glayen or anch dheemi rakhni hai ……
    Jb peyaz dahi ka Pani khushk ho jaye or oil separate nzar anay lagay to …phr gosht ko mazeed glanay k liye us Mai Pani dalain warn water 1 cup ya half etc…then 30 mint glayen ….jb Pani khushk ho jaye or oil upper float karnay lagay to gram msala powder 1/2 teaspoon .
    + 3-4 spoon cream dal dain then green chilli + coriander dal dain or phr 3 mint bhunai karain….gosht ready hain.
