  1. Kimchi Pici (2 servings)

    Ingredients:

    200g silk tofu
    1 tsp smoked paprika
    1 tbsp onion powder
    1 tbsp gochujang
    1 tsp sesame oil (optional)
    1-2 tbsp kimchi juice
    200g kimchi
    30g mature cheddar (or 1-2 tbsp nutritional yeast)
    300g pasta

    Method:

    1. Blend tofu, smoked paprika, onion powder, gochujang, sesame oil if using and kimchi juice until smooth.

    2. Boil pasta in salted water until al dente. Save ½ cup pasta water, then drain.

    3. Fry kimchi in a little oil for 5 minutes until soft but still juicy.

    4. Add the tofu sauce to the kimchi. Stir in a splash of pasta water and the cheddar. Mix on low heat until melted.

    5. Toss in the cooked pasta and stir until coated. Add more pasta water if needed. Dust more of smoked paprika and fresh parsley for finish.

  2. You had problems with calories too?! I thought you were a normal woman that does not have any problems with fat and calories since you seem so non chalant about the use of them in your recipes. Its sad to hear i was wrong

  3. Pasta is literally just flour and eggs how is that not healthy you can use almon flour if you don’t want real flour you know our grandparents were actually selling there pee so they didn’t starve to death and we all just bitching about having food it’s crazy fucking crazy

  4. The best pasta I’ve ever had was in Kiev, almost 20 years ago, middle of nowhere youth hostel, after all day of wandering around. They had three options – pasta with ketchup, with mayo or with sugar. Best. Pasta. Ever!!!
