KAYANG KAYA MO ILUTO ITO!!! SA SOBRANG SARAP, BLOCK BUSTER TALAGA SA MGA HANDAAN ITONG PORK IGADO!!!
INGREDIENTS
-1pc medium size carrot sliced into strips
-1pc medium size potato sliced into strips
-1pc red bell pepper sliced into strips
-1/2cup frozen green peas
-1/2tsp salt and ground black pepper
-500g pork liver sliced into strips marinated in 1Tbsp soy sauce and ground black pepper for about 10min.
-2pcs chopped onions
-1head chopped garlic
-500g pork belly sliced into strips
-2Tbsp soy sauce
-2Tbsp oyster sauce
-2Tbsp vinegar
-2pcs dried bay leaves
-hot water enough to submerge the meat.. Add more as needed

Salamat kuya fern, kaluluto ko lamg today, sobrang sarap ng naging resulta at malambot ang atay hindi chewy. Pag talaga may gusto akong itry hinahanap ko po agad sa channel nyo at baka meron. Pag wala saka ako naghahanap ng pag gagayahan sa iba. Salamat kuya fern.

Hi Kuya Fern. I just want you to know na maraming recipes nyo napo ang nadownload namin sa Tablet sa isa ko pong account at kada Sunday niluluto ng asawa ko. Never pa po kaming pumalpak sa pagsunod sa recipe nyo. Thank you po sa mga recipe. Last Sunday po yung Escabeche nyo po ginawa namin tapos nung nakaraan po yung Soy Glaze Chicken po. Super easy lang pero masarap talaga. Gawin namin to sa next Sunday. 😊
