  1. Remember, all Kobe beef is waygu but not all waygu is Kobe beef. Costco waygu isnt Kobe beef. As someone who had Kobe A5, it is pretty damn rich. Almost felt a little nauseous after I ate a 6oz Kobe steak.

  2. That's why hybrid Wagyu can turn out horrible if the beef retained more Angus or whatever breed the beef had. In hybrid wagyu, its a lottery to know if you get wagyu fat or angus fat. With A5…..you get what you pay for… Worth it!!!
