I discovered it in Germany. Since then I’ve been cooking the pork meat only in layers!

pork meat -1.7 kg (3¾ lb)
mustard – 50 g (1.76 oz)
cheddar pressed cheese – 200 g (7 oz)
onion – 300 g (10.6 oz)
bacon – 70 g (2.47 oz)
potatoes – 450 g (15.9 oz)
salt – 7 g (0.25 oz)
black pepper – 3 g (0.11 oz)
oil – 30 ml (1 fl oz)
for the sauce:
red onion – 1 piece
oil – 25 ml (0.85 fl oz)
salt – 4 g (0.14 oz)
black pepper – 2 g (0.07 oz)
bay leaves – 2 pieces
wine – 100 ml (3.4 fl oz)
TO BOIL 10 MIN
IN THE OVEN 180 °C (356 °F)/1 HOUR
