📢 Recipe (Ingredients)—————————–
200ml (0.85 cup) Water
25g (2 tbsp) Sugar
3g (1 tsp) Yeast
300g (2 cups) Bread flour/Wheat flour
3g (1/2 tsp) Salt
20g (2 tbsp) Olive oil

Mold size (450g) : 20.8×11.8x11cm
170°C (340°F) bake for about 25-30 minutes

1. Olive oil can be replaced with other cooking oil
2. According to your own oven and mold to change the baking temperature and time.

  1. Followed the rest as well with bread flour. I had milk available so I ised it and added water to make up the difference. Couldn't bother with the multiple resting and kneading (at least it seemed that way to me). So didn't wait for the second rise. I did do something different by throwing the dough in boiling water before placing in the oven, that seemed to increase the rise. Came out tasting like croissants.

  2. All this work and mess when I simply go to the freezer before going to bed and put the dough in fridge to be ready for morning. In the morning I spray my pans, place the thawed dough in pan and cover with plastic wrap and let it rise to top of the bread pans then bake for 22 minutes. No mess on the counter or the floor. I get 5 loaves for $5 and have better bread without spending all the time in the kitchen. I can also make dinner rolls, pizza dough and things that are not in your imagination. Funny thing is nobody knows my secret or they are too lazy to try it for themselves.
