Tools I Used:
Baking pan I used to bake this bread: (I used two of them, one turned upside down and used as cover)
Alternative pan:
* – either two of these, one turned upside down and used as a cover, or one, but covered with aluminum foil for the first bake.
* – same as the previous pan.

The bread comes out with a deep golden crust that stays crisp, while the inside stays airy and soft. It slices cleanly, holds up well for sandwiches, and tastes great even the next day. Semolina adds structure and flavor, making this homemade bread feel bakery level with very little effort.
Remember, the joy of cooking is in the process as much as in the final product. So, let’s enjoy the process together and make some delicious bread! 🥖

I'm out. I was here for bread not creepy asmr 1:03
2:25 You might be right about most of it. But when you say azodicarbonamide is used in processed bread as well as in yoga mats, I'm thinking "What about Baking Soda; it's used while baking, cleaning, in drinks, as a polisher… Is baking soda also bad to some levels?" I don't like the way you are saying things to get people emotionally invested by scaring them and without educating why. Otherwise the video is very educational and eye opening. Because of it I will now look into making bread from home. Thank you for reading my two cents.
Can we ferment it overnight in fridge?
If don't have Fresh yeast can replace with dry yeast 3g?
Why do you spend so much time sqeezing the bread. It's starting to get creepy.
Yummy 😋
