This bread is not only easy to make but also incredibly tasty. Perfect for breakfast, sandwiches, or just a snack – crispy, flaky crust on the outside, amazingly soft on the inside. This bread will be your new go-to recipe. So, let’s get baking and fill your home with the aroma of fresh bread!
Ingredients:
• Water: 1 cup (230 ml)
• Fresh yeast: 1 tsp. (4 g) or dry yeast: ½ tsp. (2 g)
• (Optional) Sugar: 1 tsp. (4 g)
• Bread flour: 2 ½ cups (320 g)
• Salt: 1 tsp. (6 g)
This recipe doesn’t require any kneading, just mixing! I use a unique method I call “lift and slap”, together with “stretch and fold”, to help the dough rise nicely. The dough is then shaped into six beautiful loaves, sprinkled with flour, scored and baked to perfection. The result? A crust that sings and a soft, flavorful crumb that’s perfect with butter.
Remember, the joy of cooking is in the process as much as in the final product. So, let’s enjoy the process together and make some delicious bread! 🥖
