* Water – 1 cup (220 ml)
* Fresh yeast – ¾ tsp (3 g) or dry yeast – ½ tsp (2 g)
* Bread flour – 2 ½ cups (320 g)
* Salt – 1 tsp (6 g)

Baking pan I used to bake this bread: (I used two of them, one turned upside down and used as cover)

Alternative pan:
* – either two of these, one turned upside down and used as a cover, or one, but covered with aluminum foil for the first bake.
* – same as the previous pan.

    Tes vidéos sont superbes et très bien expliquées.
    Je regarde toutes tes vidéos, c'est facile et le résultat est excellent.
    Par contre, ce sont toujours les mêmes ingrédients (au presque) et la même technique, il n'y a que la forme qui change
