Plus, it doubles as an excellent base for tacos, pizzas, and sandwiches – just wrap it around your favorite fillings. These time-honored recipes surpass even the flatbreads found in Turkish restaurants. After several trips to Turkey, I’m convinced this is the one recipe that keeps drawing me back to bake this bread.

  4. Amazing stuff, your definitely at master level. On a different note the thumbnail used for the vid makes the bread look almost giant sizes steamed bao. Might be just me though ive been thinking sbout that type of bread recently
