I don’t cook pork without using pickled cucumber juice anymore. A unique recipe!
Ingredients:
pork meat – 1.200 kg (42.3 oz)
bell pepper – 150 g (5.3 oz)
pickled cucumbers – 150 g (5.3 oz)
onion – 150 g (5.3 oz)
ham – 100 g (3.5 oz)
pressed cheese – 100 g (3.5 oz)
salt – 10 g (0.35 oz)
black pepper – 5 g (0.18 oz)
for the sauce
pickled cucumbers juice – 150 ml (5.07 fl oz)
mayonnaise – 30 g (1 oz)
sweet paprika – 10 g (0.35 oz)
mustard – 25 g (0.9 oz)
IN THE OVEN 200 °C (392 °F)/1 HOUR
oil – 150 ml (5.07 fl oz)
potatoes – 500 g (17.64 oz)
garlic – 20 g (0.7 oz)
rosemary – 15 g (½ oz)
