I don’t fry pork belly anymore! This oven recipe is fantastic!
Ingredients:

pork belly: 2 kg (4 lb)
soy sauce: 20 ml (0.7 fl oz)
honey: 30 g (1.1 oz)
mustard: 10 g (0.4 oz)
garlic: 10 g (0.4 oz)
salt: 4 g (0.1 oz)
black pepper: 4 g (0.1 oz)
