📝 Homemade Tandoori Masala:
🌶️ 1 tsp red chili powder
✨ 1 tsp coriander powder
⚫️ 1/2 tsp black salt
🍋 1 tsp anardana powder (pomegranate seed powder)
⚪ 1 tsp white zeera
🌿 1 tsp garam masala
🌱 1 tsp kasuri methi (dried fenugreek leaves)

🧀 Creamy Tandoori Sauce:
🛢️ 2-3 tbsp olive oil or butter
🧄 1 tbsp garlic paste
🌾 1 tbsp all-purpose flour
🥛 2 cups milk (adjust as needed for consistency)
🔥 2-3 tbsp tandoori masala
🧂 Salt to taste
🌿 2 tsp mixed herbs or oregano
🧀 2 tbsp cheddar cheese (or a few chunks)
💦 ¼ cup pasta water

🍗 Tandoori Chicken:
🔸 Marinate boneless chicken cubes in tandoori masala & a little oil.
🔸 Fry until golden brown & juicy! 😍

🍝 Let’s Make It!
🔹 Heat oil/butter in a pan & sauté garlic paste until fragrant.
🔹 Add all-purpose flour & cook for 2-3 mins on medium flame.
🔹 Gradually pour in milk, stirring continuously, until thickened. Add more milk to adjust consistency.
🔹 Mix in tandoori masala, salt, mixed herbs, and cheddar cheese—stir until creamy & smooth. 🤤
🔹 Pour in pasta water for extra silkiness!
🔹 Toss in boiled spaghetti & mix well so it’s coated in that rich, smoky sauce! 🍝
🔹 Add the fried tandoori chicken & give it a final mix!
