I love this recipe! I've made this for a group last night and although the breading didn't brown as much in a hot air oven, the chicken was very tasty! I also made the sweet and spicy sauce. No corn syrup available but I put in some extra unrefined sugar(brownish sugar has more flavour) and it tasted amazing!

I've made it twice now with chicken tenderloins and I don't even do all the sauce ingredients exactly the same and it is still the BOMB. Love the air fryer method. You rock.
