I had activated yeast in the freezer since the beginning of the pandemic and it was fine! Jst ran out a few weeks ago.
What's your recommendation for a pellet smoker? I already have a gas grill but want a smoker for those things that a gas grill can't do. What's the best?

I love the simple recipe to just focus on the taste of the beef and smoke. They'd work well in a taco form too.
