☘Ingredients:
yogurt 250g
white sugar 25g
instant yeast 3g
egg 1
all-purpose or bread flour 250g
salt 2.5g
olive oil 15g
unsalted butter 25g
Bake for 15-20 minutes at 375°F/190°C

Helly, Thanks for sharing the recipe. I tried it today using your recipe but the dough was too wet to form a dough. To save the dough I kept adding more APF. Eventually it came out soft and nice when it's still hot. Unfortunately, the bun became hard after it's cooled. Please share a better recipe with lasting soft and fluffy buns. Thank you.

250 grams of flour is equivalent to 2 cups + 1T all- purpose flour
Wonderful recipe. Have you ever frozen the dough after made the balls, but before you rise and bake. Would be interested to know if there was any issue with freezing the dough.
