single serve double choc cookie recipe(makes 2 cookies)
INGREDIENTS
2tbsp melted butter
2tbsp brown sugar
1tbsp white sugar
1 egg yolk
Splash of vanilla extract
4tbsp all purpose flour
1.5 tbsp cocoa powder
1/8tsp baking soda
Pinch of salt
chopped Chocolate or choco chips
Mix all the ingredients and bake at 350F for 11-14 mins
This recipe makes 2 Fudgy double chocolate cookies that are perfect for those late night cravings!🍫
if you’re planning to double/triple the recipe pls don’t double the egg yolk, 1 egg yolk is sufficient for at least triple the recipe(add 1-2tbsp milk if the dough is too dry)if u plan to quadruple this recipe add one whole egg
