I always thought Weber was overpriced until I realized what you’re paying for. Even temps, durability, and quality of components – Weber might seem expensive, but you’ll own one for 20 years if you take care of it. Though these other brands look flashy and offer much larger grills for less, they will literally deteriorate in no time. Save up and invest in quality (Weber).
Crazyyyy detailed review!! Thanks!!
Hi I like to see the comparison on the electric bbqs table top and portable Thank-you…
$800-900 and under in Canada for these same grills….. ridiculous
I recommend taking a look at the Charbroil Patio Bistro. We've had it for 5 years and it won't die. We have other grills, pellets, griddles, etc. and it continues to surprise me how good this is for the money. First it's small with one burner, but it cooks pretty evenly and it gets mega hot for a budget grill. I can get 650F reliably in moderate temps. Great at searing big ol Prime Rib eye steaks. It also pretty much self cleans, just leave it on for 15-20 minutes and knock the ashes down the bottom. The included scraper works to clean the weird grates. Propane last forever with this grill. My only two cons are the bolts back out if you move it around, so re-tightening all the fasteners every season is a must. The other con is the grates are weird. There are definitely more things to mark against, but at this price point it's to be expected.
People knock this little grill because they think it's a kettle charcoal ripoff. They are missing the point. It's a low maintenance, highly efficient, budget friendly easy way to cook.
A two burner grill is useless had one I got rid of it
Love my Weber. It has outlasted every other grill I've had. Customer service also superb. Sent me free new ignitor parts even after warranty expired.
The Weber is a superb grill for the money! Best small gas grill we’ve ever owned!
This was very helpful. Thank you!
I have been looking for a grill, was leaning Monument, and now think it would be best for me. 👍
Just got the Weber Spirit e-325. That's the three burner with fold down side tables of his. Using Thermoworks Signals temp set up with the probe mounted on a clip inside, I got a 60 degree higher temp on the probe than on the hood gauge. For the open back I'm getting either one of those screen repair frame kits in black, a piece of charcoal aluminum screen to put in it and a roll of velco or a 24×36 sheet of aluminum and a can of black spray paint and that roll of velcro for the back.
Outstanding review, thank you. I have that CharBroil now and it is a POS. You'll be lucky to get 2-3 years out of it. One grease fire and it will warp and discolor. I have been debating between a Monument and a Weber, but the quality is so much better on the Weber. The viewing window in the Monument is cool though, but i think it will be a Weber for me.
Now just need a sale!!
30+ years with my Weber excellent quality.
Are they made in China?
Can you boost your volume
C'est quoi cette voix de merde… 💩💩💩
The 2 burner Weber Spirit is now $349 at Ace Hardware. It came assembled and free delivery from my local store. The 3 burner Spirit is $499.
I agree with your review. I just bought the Weber and I am very satisfied with the build quality and performance.
Thanks for this – just ordered the Monument from Lowes!
Weber capacity was cheated.
Just saw the Weber on a 35% off sale on Amazon today for $399. Except, as noted in this video, it usually costs $399. So, the Amazon price is listed as $610 and "on sale" for $399. Which is not a sale at all. Even Weber's website says it is $449. Amazon price is not bad but very misleading. Seems this should be against the law.
regarding the thickness of the hooks and the tools tha you are going to use, you can put a cord inside the small hole of the tool, and using it by the cord….
i would bet that the charbroil doesn't actually heat up enough with their terrible design on how the fuel rails hold together. That little push pin is jacking up a variety of their grills.
I have a char broil 4 burner. It's probably 10 years old. I've rebuilt it twice. The cart has rusted through and the bottom of the grill box is doing the same. I have to replace the cross tubes for less than $15 or replace the entire grill . I'm leaning towards doing one last repair and pitching it when winter hits, then maybe splurge for a Weber next year. Good video.
Good video! I've had my eye on that Monument grill for a while. The only issue I have with this video is the assumption that "pros" are assembling your grill at the store. I will always assemble myself!
I would love to see a comparison between pellet smokers and gravity feed charcoal smokers. Kinda like Traeger VS Masterbuilt.
Great informative video!
A table of all the results per categories or timestamps on the video could've been very useful.
Some categories may be more or less important for different users, so it would've helped me even more. Still great job 😀 Thank you!
Damn… This is the most professional BBQ video i ever watched… Nice
Do you have an infrared grill testing?
