What is Hyper Ketosis?

It is not KETO

You are not adding fats or even cooking with them.
There is an approved food list to follow, and you are eating tons of veggies along with fruit at each meal.

This method of eating for the first 40 days is for RAPID weight loss.

Most people following this ‘diet’ strictly will lose 30-34 lbs in those 40 days. It is not
difficult to follow, but you must do all of these things to be successful.

1) You are eating very clean for 40 days on hyper-ketosis, after 40 days you
will be in a 20 day maintenance period of traditional keto.
2) You will intermittent fast 16:8 (I only eat 1pm to 9pm) You can choose
your own window of time to eat.
3) You will have 2 meals in that eating window.
4) Each meal will consist of 1 (4oz) serving of protein, 1 serving of fruit and 3+ servings of veggies.
5) Water water water
6) You are only allowed to sweeten with Stevia.
7) You can have black coffee, tea, or electrolytes (sweetened with stevia
only) outside of your eating window. You will drink and electrolyte drink
daily (look for ones only sweetened by stevia)
8) No dairy…yup that means no cheese! Also, no sugar, no cooking with
butter or oils of any kind.
9) You can air fry, grill, bake, sauté with broth, vinegar or aminos.
10. You can eat SIMPLE girl dressings…not to be mistaken for ‘skinny girl’
dressings
11. You can eat veggies if you need snacks inside your eating window along
with your meals.
12. Weigh yourself daily. If you plateau for 2 days in a row, you will do a reset
day.
13. There are 3 types of reset days.
* Water fast for the day
* Apple fast (you can have up to 6 apples in your 8 hour eating window)
* Steak and an apple for dinner only.
That should get you dropping again.
14.. No Alcohol
15. Last but not least no strenuous workouts, only walking!! This is to avoid
any indlammation and you ideally want to get 10,000 steps daily
16. Get good sleep in as well and I find walking daily makes me sleep very well.
17 Get a wall calendar so you can record weight daily. Your first step is to pick
a day you will start!

  1. Hyper Keto Pumpkin Bread

    1 15 ounce can of pure pumpkin
    4 large eggs
    1 tsp vanilla extract
    1 tsp baking powder
    1/2 tsp baking soda
    2 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
    2 tsp liquid stevia – or substitute of your choice. I substituted with 14 packets of Sweet Additions Stevia Sweetener
    Pinch of salt

    Mix ingredients and pour into 8×8 silicone pan. Bake at 350 for 35 minutes. Best served chilled. The texture is not ‘bread’ like. It is closer to the inside of a pumpkin pie.

  2. I still appreciate keto recipes. Lost 40lbs on it, but as a bread (sourdough) baker, and long time rice n beans PR, not sustainable. However, I have managed to maintain my weight loss by simply cutting down my portions, and using resistant starch principles. I’m happier, and clearer minded than before, and overall pleased. With that said, keto (low carb) is a very good foundation for weight loss, and the plan can be very helpful to resort to when needed. Happy journey to you! Recipe for pumpkin anything is always a favorite.

  3. I cannot even hardly get into ketosis even on keto (and I’m coming from carnivore). 😢. I don’t see how low fat low calorie with non keto fruits and such can let someone stay in ketosis? Just curious not doubting.

  4. I'm not trying to do hyper ketosis or any specific diet. I just want to up my protein intake and eliminate added sugars.
    I wonder if adding some protein powder would help it be a little more bread like or at least a little firmer…..
    Thank you for doing this recipe. I love pumpkin, but I have been trying to find a recipe that would fit my needs. Although erythritol and my gut is not a good mix. I am trying the tiniest bit of pure Monk fruit sweetener when I can't omit sweetener 100%. Again, thank you for sharing this recipe!

  5. I wonder if you whipped the eggs.. like with an emulsifier or electric whisk.. and folded in the pumpkin if it would give it a lighter, less custardy texture and be more bread like… and, if we're a little less strictly "hyper"ketosis, maybe add a bit of beef gelatin
