  1. the first is so baffling to me. that is even viral. in my country you use curd with low fat (which is a super healthy protein source) for cheesecake as MANDATORY ingredient for centuries. nothing new, nothing fancy, nothing outstanding. here no one does cream cheese filling (too rich)

But..none of these sound healthy to me. if you add honey it is worse (or just as bad) as sugar. if you add peanutbutter it is fat , if you add anything like flour-it is plain sugar again.

they measure it on just lower sugar or more protein but that makes a dish not healthy. for example if there would be almond flour instead of normal flour, only sugar subsitutes etc. then it would more count i guess

  2. Hi Eloise. I know you get thousands of comments, but I'm hoping that you will be able to respond to mine. I really like your videos and the sentiment they have towards intuitive eating and balance, an still enjoying the foods you love while being healthy. I started intuitive eating around 6 months ago, and I had really gotten to a place where I felt I had healed my relationship with food. However I have been very discouraged recently. I found out that I have went up two pants sizes and my old ones no longer fit me. I know it sounds superficial but that's what I was afraid would happen. I have considered going back to my old ways and restricting (for background I had gotten Amenorrhea for awhile because of them) , but it feels wrong. I dont know what you could say to this, but I just that maybe you might a word of advice or something.

  3. I think it all depends on in the ingredients used and the amount in order to make the dessert appear healthy. But in the end, eating everything in moderation is the key. Just imagine yourself having a drink in one glass of whole milk containing vitamin D or just having a sip of red wine in another glass 🍷 .
