  1. I like how kylie claim the 'ramen with toppings' is her thing, when us asian have been 'elevating' our instant noodles wayyyyy before the whole family got plastic surgery…

  2. Chat gpt has no concept of “best” it can run contest and trials and test them it would only find “best” all over the internet and spit at you those answers its a language robot ask for the recipes that have the most depth of corresponding ingredients or flavors according to tatse or something like that and test those against yours

  3. The mark of a good cook to me in a celebrity, is being cultured.
What I mean is that food is something that you can literally study like linguistics. Different things were more important to different cultures, some cultures had it all(Rome) others had limited resources(Germanic tribes) others had plenty of space that they fundamentally couldn’t use(china) others based on the ocean(Alaska, Japan, Polynesia)
Some cultures didn’t really care if it tasted good at first as long as it kept for awhile(that’s why pickled herring and poi are things that are let’s just say acquired tastes)
Now in our modern globalized culture, the sign of someone who knows what they’re doing is the usage of cooking that either is a classic that has been made 1000s of times and this is their version(that is different (that’s very important)) or this is something that they have customized with their understanding of multiple cultures .
Food is a part of cultural information and the mark of a person who isn’t educated in the diversity of the planet is someone who can’t exactly cook anything except basic things.

  4. Yeah, the Bahamas has a similar recipe for baked mac and cheese. You add eggs and and evaporated milk and bake it – the amount of cheese turns it more into more of a casserole. The ketchup is weird and the scotch bonnet should be replaced with smaller chilis in larger quantities, but its difficult to get carib peppers like bird pepper and wiri wiri in the US, so I assume that's why its using scotch bonnet. The mustard is considered heresy in the Bahamas, but no lie, a good dijon does add a nice touch.

  5. the ramen is a bit like Hayao miazaki ramen resipe.
you put your ramen in a deep pan of boiling water when the noodles are cooked add the egg this is whole egg white mixed with yolk pour it in slowly in thin strands mimicking the noodles you want instant solidification so the egg forms threads mimicking the noodles so not a pat thai noodle mash but distinct threads among the noodles.
add chilly or ramen flavour and eat!
