  1. Maybe if you actually cooked it for the full 4 hours.🤦 I don't suggest critiquing something. If you didn't originally make it according to the recipe. Had you cooked it as the recipe originally intended. The zucchini would not have been mushy. It would have become a complete paste. Like when you cook down tomatoes and it becomes tomato paste. 🤷😉

  2. I just have to say as someone who is gluten intolerant (ugh). Gluten free pasta (or other gf stuff) is not “healthier”. And gf products often have more carbs/less fiber which is not ideal! Regular pasta is just fine if you don’t have a gluten issue!

  3. So I fixed the "zucchini spaghetti" today. Omg it was so good. Thank god I have a new zucchini recipe! I dont know why it works this way, but practically burning the zucchini makes it so sweet. What a quick, easy, cheap recipe.

  4. I am 100% Italian, and both grandmothers from Italy. both spoke broken english, and 1 even butchered her own chickens. I beg of you to stop calling your sauces gravies. They are sauces. Don't worry, I'll still watch your videos.
