  1. Who taught you how to trim a brisket I don’t care about how long it takes you but you have a tremendous amount of waste. You’ve obviously never worked in a restaurant or care about food cost.

  2. I have to assume the pre-packaged brisket is not aimed at customers who: 1) Have a pellet smoker 2) Can trim and season a brisket that efficiently, and 3) Have a spare 16 hours to wait for it.

  3. Why are u offended not everyone has hundreds of dollars let alone the time to make a good brisket some people just want the convenience and taste of something they like for cheaper and what if there is no bbq restaurant around them 🤡

  4. Nice video Mad S. I saw those same exact boxes of slices and ends and just knew right away that the de-pop firm of Rockefeller Fink Soros Gates and Schwab were interested parties. Micro plastics = Low/No T and Miscarriages

  5. Of course it doesn't compare to the real deal but for what it is it ain't bad. Doctor it up and add it to a salad or stew and you got yourself a decent meal option for those days you don't feel like cooking 🤷🏻‍♂️

  6. For being an easy option for days you just want to sit down after work and shove something in your face, literally no effort needed, I'd say the costco stuff will do the trick. Works best sliced into sandwiches, no need to drown it in sauce, though add sauce for preferences.

  7. They used to sell Mission Hill Bistro burnt ends that were MUCH better than the Kirkland brand. While nothing compared to a BBQ roast or restaurant – it was a nice quick option. The Kirkland burnt ends are garbage. They need to bring back the old MHB brand.

  8. I would suggest don't wasting your time on testing and try and pre-cook prepackaged meat like that.
Some will loved it some will hate it.
Doing videos on prepping cooking and different techniques is worth the watch.
My opinion just like the taste of a prepackaged meat will be based on people's opinion

  9. Also keep in mind the cost. Almost anyone will have a microwave but might not even have a grill let alone a smoker of any kind which is prohibitively expensive plus the overall cost of the raw brisket too. That said I agree that if you have a smoker it is better to use that than buy the pre made stuff.

  10. i REALLY wish you had froze the brisket you hand made to see how the cooking could have impacted the flavor, speaking for myself as much as i could probably destory a whole brisket the best way to savor it is it eat it for multiple meals, meaning its gonna need to be froze / chilled and re heated. thats where im curious the differences. for example, maybe the burnt ends taste nearly the same after being frozen / chilled for a week or some time you know?
