Claire confidently speaking on tempering chocolate makes me remember the good ole Test Kitchen days.

The amount of joy that just filled my body that Clair is recreating food again. Watching her on BA is what got me into baking
Do McDonalds French fries!!

Orange Creamsicle
It definitely feels like it's missing something without the interruptions, interjections, and stress, but it's 90% there. If the cameramen get more involved or the editing gets a little more comedic, this could be everything Gourmet Makes was, sans the mental toll
i really enjoy how we get to see the whole crew involved in this episode, it's fun when we get to see the people behind the camera interact as well
Maybe use silicon molds for the domes.
oh I'm gonna cry whattttt

I've never been so excited about a YouTube series coming back. These videos got me through bar prep and ultimately passing the bar. Thank you โค
As a fellow lefty, turn your page/books to your left to write more comfortably. Like… am I the only lefty that does that so I don't look awkward?
We need someone to defend junk foods honor!! So delighted this format is back
OMG YES CLAIRE. BACK AT IT LOL. Always loved your re-make creation vids, hope it was fun !! Can't wait to see more in the future perhaps! ๐
seeing Claire having fun with it and being confident makes me like this more than the old show lol, i enjoy the more relaxed vibe
i also like that it's leaning more towards the conceit of "let's make a more high quality version of this snack" rather than just trying to imitate it 1 for 1
YESSSS
girl let it GO!!!!1!1!1!!
this was stupid.
I have no idea what a drumstick is (I'm Swedish) but that doesn't matter, this series has a special place in my heart
Please try Twizzlers!! Pull and peel if you really want a challenge lol
The prodigal daughter hath returned!
