There’s something grounding about slow campfire cooking after days of rain on the road. In this video we cook BBQ baked beans from scratch over a live fire using The Road Grill, letting soaked dried beans simmer low and slow with bacon, onion, garlic, and BBQ sauce until they turn rich, smoky, and deeply comforting….

Smashburgers are one of my favourite types of burgers to make. Smashburgers are easy to make, quick and simple and for a quick family cook up, or feeding an army, they are a great option. As with all my recipes I run through the selection, preparation, seasoning, BBQ set up, times and temps, so you…

When I cook I never decide the "perfect" salt-content for everybody else I'm serving; I expect people to salt to THEIR taste…same for pepper…So, sorry but I don't understand your fascination or obsession with SALT SALT SALT.
Also-if you have yet to figure it out, let me share that not everyone's going to like YOUR idea of what is 'good' particularly when it comes to beans, potato salad, coleslaw…
Vive la difference. I say!
Don't take yourselves too seriously, folks; I know I don't.
Yup.
Stop plastic in restaurants
rating while the boss of the place is sitting next to you is probably not fair
what makes texas bbq is our oak trees here, its just a good neutral classic flavor. you want some good grilled beef fajitas? getsome oak tree twigs with the lycans on it, that stuff is gold.
Great video,
a suggestion for next time, if everything is above 20-22 change the scale, make 2-3 still good rather than below mid.
not sure who's making the lists, but so many other good BBQ in Houston
josh lookin like parappa the rapper 11:52
Franklin must have told the same story 20000 times
I’ve been to many of the top BBQ places around the state and it might sound bias since I live in DFW, but it honestly doesn’t get any better than Cattleack and Goldees. Been going to Cattleack since around 2015 and it’s never disappointed. So good!
All of these pitmasters are such great representations of Texas and that classic "Southern Hospitality." Love to see it.
2:44 aged like fine milk until 4:50
I'm such a fan of Jerby and the rest of the guys at Goldies and their story. I can't wait to try it someday
this boy straight up loves salt, christ almighty
Hi Josh! I would love to watch you try Puerto Rican food & visit Puerto Rico for the iconic street food!
I recommend Mofongo,Acapurrias,Roast Pork/Lechon,there’s all kinds of food from Fish to Beef,Chicken & Pork.
Definitely would love to watch as a fellow Puerto Rican herself🇵🇷🩵
Why is Josh getting so salty?
Salt. Salt. Salt. Salt. Salt.
WERE'S SALT LICK ????
This video makes me want to go to texas and just eat food. Maybe its because im hungry but that meat looks so good and the mac and cheese 😋
So when we getting a best KC ribs
should have gone to Hutchin's. Best in DFW
I think saying Texas BBQ is better than 99% of all other BBQ is stretching it a bit. Maybe there is a new series on the horizon, where you travel to other countries and try their BBQ?
Your mom’s from what part of South Texas? Only asking because I’m from the southern most tip of Texas! 7:26
Thank you Olivia! Finally someone sane saying Cheetos do not belong in food. Thank you!
Don’t come down here talking all about New York City to us
You talk too much
Who else knew Goldee’s was gonna win?
Start cooking bro we dont wanna see you trying food
We follow you for cooking not reviewing
THE GIRL IS TRASHY.
10/10 rage bait on the decimals😂
You're a salt pervert.
My mouth has been watering for like 35 minutes watching this..
Joshua again you talk so fuking much you didn't let her get a word in edge wise. how rude that you always do that to your guests, Jesus. let them speak first and last too, you brought them on your channel. all because of some super average food too. there aren't any ribs and the brisket is highly overrated. lol wtf but regardless let people talk BLAH
No Snow's? Miss Tootsie would not approve.
Don't know why he invites a guest on when he just ignores all of her ratings and does it himself…
Honestly watching this video is making me miss home. I've moved to Michigan 11 years ago and im still bundle up like a marshmallow and cursing snow in winter and laughing at people saying 70's with humidity is too hot. I call that light jacket weather.
Come to Texas and become a Brisket Believer! 🖤
yesssss im from dfw and im so happy goldees is getting the love that it deserves. nothing better than a tx brisket.
To be honest, I think your opinion sucks
People are gonna like barbecue of many different types
I’m trying to figure out in my head how you have so many subscribers
You are overpowering with your opinion, which sucks by the way
I don’t understand I’m loss at this point
You don't know texas cutie
I live in DFW and the only times I have traveled south of 183/Airport Freeway within the past five years was for Goldee’s and Cowboy’s games.
As someone who farms in Texas – if you’re willing to make the drive, greens sausage house near Barclay is phenomenal
Yeah, the lady just totally missing the deliciousness of flaming hot cheetos on that mac and cheese. Lol
