Bread Maker Raisin Bread Recipe (from Panasonic Recipe Booklet)

Dry Yeast (put in yeast dispenser)
M: 1 tsp
L: 1 tsp
XL: 1¼ tsp
Strong White Bread Flour
M: 400g
L: 500g
XL: 600g
Butter
M: 20g
L: 30g
XL: 40g
Sugar
M: 1 tbsp
L: 1½ tbsp
XL: 2 tbsp
Salt
M: 1½ tsp
L: 1½ tsp
XL: 2 tsp
Water
M: 280ml
L: 340ml
XL: 400ml
Raisins
M: 80g
L: 100g
XL: 120g
Add everything to the bread maker tin in the order listed above (add the yeast to the yeast dispenser and the raisins to the fruit and nut dispenser).
Choose menu 3 (4 hours) and pick your loaf size, M, L or XL.
Choose the crust setting, Light, Medium or Dark
