  1. What’s he’s saying ox-tails already is costing more per pound than T-bone, NY strip and most high end steaks! Growing up ox-tails was the cheapest thing off the cow! Believe me they’re not cheap at all!

  2. Sadly, I LOVE BBQ, but it's really driven up prices for what used to be super cheap cuts. Things like brisket, ribs, cheeks, and oxtail used to be throw-away cuts that stores or butchers were happy to sell for next to nothing… now, we all how delicious these cuts can be when you take the time to cook them low and slow.
