  1. Genius! btw, people, Pam's Prep seasoning is 🤩 delicious!!! I've used it on beef, poultry, fish, vegetables. Had it 5 days, used it four of them. Salt, cayenne, onion, garlic; everything flavorful there! and after those comes Pam's own secret blend! Perks up the flavor of anything I try it on. Worth the price and supports this great cook and truly helpful creator!

  2. I skip the paper. I rolled each slice and put it on a baking sheet then flash freeze. Put the frozen rolls in a ziplock and take out as many slices I need. They defrost in minutes to unroll and cook. No waste.

    I buy big packs of pepperoni & salami & wrap the slices in slightly overlapping rows of 10-12. Place them back in the packaging or a zip lock & freeze.Great for individual pizzas or sammies😊

  4. Hi Pam. I don't even bother with the paper. I just roll the bacon up into pinwheels and store them in freezer bags. I taje out what i need and defrost at room temperature, in fridge overnight or in the toaster oven.

    This is a great idea, but I would have to roll at least 3 together. Lol
    Honestly, bacon doesn't get stored at our Keto house… a package is gone in a couple of days.
