  1. Yes that’s the infamous CHUCK WAGON STEAK/BOLA de DEISMILLO(Mexican). That is what we use for BIRRIA after it’s diced in 1/4 pieces. You can also get 2 types of steak cuts within the fibers a false Rib Eye and Sirloins. Its also GREAT for burgers and pot roast!

  2. Jesus thats enough salt to cure a ham and there is not a legit grill that involves the use of electricity and dammit quit the bullshit of using the metric system of measurements

  3. Just smoked one last weekend. Smoked for 3 hrs, wrapped up in foil for 2 hrs. Took it off @185°
    . Left it there for a couple of hrs. Used Wild Bill's famous competition rub. I'll put it up against the best brisket any day! Got it at Costco. On sale. Going back and getting some more. They're that good.

  4. Unfortunately chuck is very difficult to get in Spain they use the whole forequarter cut into different steaks, in South Africa we use chuck mixed with other meat cuts to make Boerewors a spicy beef sausage we do on the bbq, it has the right fat and moisture content for boerewors to keep it nice and juicy after barbecuing.

  5. going to toss this out there. you seem to have a new "best" that makes you function every few weeks/month.

    It's all about temps + blends.

    A grill is a grill minus ones that are rusty hunks of garbage in the near future after first being used.

    Be real.
