It’s been a while since I posted an episode of my best series!! But here’s a much awaited one!
I wanted to make a super yum cheesecake under the budget without compromising the quality, taste and mouthfeel.
Here I have used hung curd instead of cream cheese, which is a common substitute for cheese in many recipes! I know some people will come at me by saying that you haven’t used cream cheese 🤪, but it’s nothing uncommon, it’s a rarely common practice.
I thought of making homemade cream cheese for this, which was even cheaper, but I prefer the flavour of hung curd in this even more!
The pricing includes a vanilla cheesecake, but you can top it off with any of your favourite toppings like fresh fruit, compote, jam, glaze, ganache, etc or just leave it as it is 🙂 still tastes bomb!

Ingredients
₹9.5 – 100 g marrie biscuit
₹28 – 50g butter
₹25 – 150 g hung curd
₹4 – 1/4 cup icing sugar
₹1 – vanilla extract
₹17 – 150 g Non dairy sweetened whipping cream
Toppings – optional
Total – ₹84.5
₹15.5 balance for miscellaneous expenses such as toppings or electricity!

But without tryna sound rude, with all due respect… technically speaking this is never made of ₹100, I mean the end product maybe of ₹100, but nobody’s gonna sell you vanilla essence for ₹1, at the end of the day you’ll have to buy a ₹250 bottle 😂
