Once I make a recipe 5 times in the last few weeks I know have to share with you guys! This is SO easy to make and i can’t get over how delicious & nutritious it is!

Ingredients:
1 bag of spinach
1 handful of basil
1 cup walnuts
1/4 cup Brazil nuts
1 clove garlic
1 lemon, juiced
1 tbsp water
1 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp sea salt

1 bag of Spaghetti
4 sun-dried tomatoes in olive oil, chopped (optional topping)

Instructions:
Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and cook spaghetti according to package instructions.
Add all over ingredients into a blender, if using a high speed blender use the tamper to push down as you go. Add another 1 tbsp of water if needed and blend until complete smooth.
Reserve 1/4 cup of the pasta water.
