Ingredients:
bacon – 350 g (12.35 oz)
chicken breast – 350 g (12.35 oz)
pressed cheese – 250 g (8.8 oz)
potatoes – 350 g (12.35 oz)
after each potato layer:
salt – 3 g (0.11 oz)
black pepper – 3 g (0.11 oz)
sweet paprika – 3 g (0.11 oz)
Tray size 10 x 24 cm (4 x 9.45 in)
IN THE OVEN 180 °C (356 °F)/35 minutes

  1. I cooked that bitch over an hour at 425 F and potatoes weren't done and bacon not crispy. Used yellow gold potatoes sliced thin. Even switched pans for bacon on bottom to be on top. When cut, just fell apart.

  2. Make it single layer. Chicken on bottom of large pan, then some thin sliced onion, then cheese, then potatoes(I shredded mine), then more cheese, top with bacon. 375 degrees bake for 1 hour

  3. I'm back, to recoil and do the recipe again, following the instructions, but use a 9× 10 casserole dish. Leave in the dish. What I have done different, I purchased a 5 blend peppercorn BBQ SAUCE, glazed over the top. It's good, and it will be eaten, everyone loves bacon ECT

  4. I am baking this dish now. Exactly how to do it. A couple of situations has come up, it will make a lot of juice and boils over, the bacon in the dish is not getting done, reduced the heat 30° because the bacon on top is getting done. Put a cookie sheet under the dish, drain off the extra juice. It is taking longer than expected. Prep time is a breeze. Questions? Feel free to ask! I will be keeping this updated on the outcome.
