1 cup (150 g) rolled oats.
1 cup (100 g) raisins.
1 cup (100 g) walnuts.
1 cup (100 g) dried apricots.
1 fresh banana.
Bake in a preheated oven at 360F/180C for about 10 minutes.
2.8 oz (80 g) dark chocolate.
Refrigerate for 2 hours.
