This slow cooker pulled beef recipe, that is perfect for any season. The beef flaked beautifully and mixed in with the sauce that was made in the slow cooker.

TIPS FOR THIS RECIPE

You can replace the paprika with smoked paprika for a more barbecue flavour

Add a teaspoon of chilli powder/flaked chillies to make it spicy.

  1. This is my 4th time making this. It is absolutely delicious! Works every time. Works with larger cuts of beef – just add a little more of the other ingredients to compensate. Sometimes I end up reducing the liquid, sometimes I keep it as is, depends on how thick the liquid is. I love it on its own, but it really shines when combined as a side with other dished – I sweet potato, cauliflower and chick pea dhal is my favourite to serve it with.
