This Republic Day, celebrate while preparing this light healthy breakfast and regenerate your spirit of patriotism.
This incredibly indulgent tricolor smoothie is ideal to try out if you’re seeking some entertaining no-fire cooking ideas to do with your kids or if you want to try something unique to serve to your guests this Republic Day.

►INGREDIENTS:
Saffron color smoothie: (Papaya Turmeric Smoothie)
1 cup. frozen Papaya cubes
¼ cups. frozen Banana
¼ cups. Coconut Milk, (or non-dairy milk of choice)
1 tsp. Maple syrup/honey, (optional)
¼ tsp. ground Turmeric, (optional)

White smoothie: (Banana Almond smoothie)
1 cup frozen Banana
¼ cup soaked and de skinned almonds
¼ cup Almond milk, (or non-dairy milk of choice)
¼ tsp. Vanilla extract

Green smoothie: (Pear Spinach smoothie)
1 cup frozen Pear, cored and cut into chunks
¼ cup frozen Banana
1 cup Spinach
1/4 cups Coconut milk (or non-dairy milk of choice)
¼ tsp Vanilla extract

►INSTRUCTIONS:
For each smoothie separately, add the ingredients in the high-powered blender jar and blend until smooth.
Serve with tricolor presentation of Indian flag.
