Indian Style Pasta has a luscious tomato-based sauce and some exotic spices for the most authentic Indian twist to the classic instant pasta.
This easy pasta recipe with masala flavours is more suited for Indian pasta lovers. Its spicy goodness really stands out, complementing the fresh veggies and soft pasta incredibly well. All you need is a few minutes of your time to elevate your scrumptious snack bowl to the next level.

Ingredients:
• Water
• 1 packet YiPPee! Masala Pasta Treat
• 2 tbsp Olive Oil
• 1/2 tsp Ginger
• 1/2 tsp Garlic
• 2 tbsp Onion
• 1/2 cup Tomato Puree
• 1/2 tsp Coriander Powder
• 1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder
• 1/2 tsp Red Chilli Powder
• 1 tbsp Tomato Ketchup
• 1/4 cup Water
• 2 tbsp Boiled Corn
• 2 tbsp Carrot
• 2 tbsp Boiled Green Peas
• 2 tsp Coriander Leaves
• 1/4 tsp Black Pepper Powder
• Salt to taste
Method:
• Cook pasta as per instruction without sauce Maker and keep aside.
• Heat oil in a pan or kadai, add ginger, garlic and saute it until the garlic turns slightly golden brown in color.
• Now add onion and saute till it turns translucent. Add tomato puree and cook for 3-4 minutes or till mixture becomes thick.
• Now add coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chilli powder and mix it well.
• Cook till masala is well cooked. Add in tomato ketchup, sauce Maker and water. Mix well and cook for another 2 minutes.
• At this stage add veggies and cook for another minute.
• Now add cooked pasta, coriander leaves, pepper powder, salt and mix well. Cook for another minute and serve hot garnish with coriander sprig.
