Ingredients
For serving 4
For boiling Pasta
• Pasta – 2 cups (पास्ता) (Whole wheat pasta or any other pasta of your choice)
• Water (पानी) – 2 litres or as required
• Salt (नमक) – 1 tsp
• Refined Oil (रिफाइंड तेल) – 1 tsp (to put during boiling)
• Olive or Refined Oil (तेल) – 1 tsp (to prevent sticking together)

For cooking Pasta
• Onion (प्याज) – 1 (thinly sliced)
• Garlic (लहसुन) – 1 tbsp (minced)
• Ginger (अदरक) – ½ inch (julienne cut)
• Green Chillies – 1-2 (हरी मिर्च) – finely chopped
• Puree of 2 medium Tomatoes (टमाटर की प्यूरी)
• Cauliflower (फूलगोभी) – ¼ cup (chopped)
• Cabbage (पत्ता गोभी) – ¼ cup (shredded)
• Carrot (गाजर) – ¼ cup (chopped)
• Corns (कॉर्न) – ¼ cup
• Button Mushrooms (बटन मशरूम) – 4-5 (chopped)
• Capsicum (शिमला मिर्च) – ¼ cup (thinly sliced)
• Olive or Refined Oil (तेल) – 2 tbsp
• Butter (मक्खन) – 1 tbsp
• Kashmiri Red chilli Powder (कश्मीरी लाल मिर्च पाउडर) – 1 tsp
• Turmeric Powder (हल्दी पाउडर) – ¼ tsp
• Cumin Powder (जीरा पाउडर) – ½ tsp
• Coriander Powder (धनिया पाउडर) – 1 tsp
• Garam Masala Powder (गरम मसाला पाउडर) – ¼ tsp
• Boiled pasta water – ½ cup or as required
• Black Pepper Powder (काली मिर्च पाउडर) – ¼ tsp
• Chilli Flakes (चिल्ली फलैक्स) – ¼ tsp
• Oregano (ऑरेगैनो) – 1 tsp
• Salt (नमक) – ½ tsp or as per taste
• Sugar (चीनी) – ¼ tsp
• Processed Cheese (प्रोसेस्ड चीज़) – 4 tbsp (grated)
• Fresh Cream (फ्रेश क्रीम) – ½ cup
• Coriander Leaves (धनिया पत्ती) – 2 tbsp (finely chopped)
