  1. I absolutely love raw milk, but I refuse to buy it unless I can see how they milk. I can't afford the very severe illnesses raw milk absolutely can carry when less than absolute care is taken while milking.

  2. Its so insane to me that some wellness influencers are promoting raw milk. It's like promoting tuberculosis! Like getting your milk from farmers is fine but every culture will boil there milk before they drink it.

  3. I never had an issues with raw milk. There are problems with Americans food. Just compare something simple like Quaker Oats in America to Quaker Oats oversees (UK, Europe) the ingredients in the UK are quite simple. The American ingredients are full of harmful fillers.
    The same way we get to together and march for women’s rights. We should march for food freedom. Freedom as in free of toxic garbage.

  4. When people say fruit juice as bad for you as soda, they are referring to the sugar content. There are 24g of sugar in a 250mL of apple juice vs 27g in Coca-Cola. Both are refined sugar and treated the same way in the body. So no, it is not like comparing zinc (a mineral that is essential in the human body) and lead (a literal poison). Quit spreading dangerous misinformation for clicks, this is the kind of BS that would get you fired if you were working as a practicing dietitian.
