Infused Chicken Recipe :-
INGREDIENTS :-
1 Whole Chicken (1.5 kgs) with Skin,
100 grm Butter,
2 tbsp Creamy Cheese,
1/2 cup Cheese Crumbs,
2 tbsp Spicy Pepper Masala,
2 tsp Sriracha Pepper sauce,
1 tsp Sriracha Oriental Sauce,
1 tsp Sriracha Cayenne pepper,
1tsp Herbs,
Mix well,,,

Soak for 1 hr….

Baking Process:-
Bake for 280° C on 50 mins…

Special Infuse Gravy Process:-
2 tbsp Butter,
1/2 onion chopped,
curry leaves,
Spicy Pepper masala,
1 tsp Sriracha seasoning,
1 tsp Kashmiri Chilly Powder,
1/2 tsp Cumin powder,
Salt as Taste,
cover and cook for 15 mins on low flame….
