  1. For the base :
    2 crushed biscuits
    1tbsp of butter (melted)

    For the cream :
    50g of cream cheese
    40ml of whipping cream
    1 tsp of vanilla extract
    1tbsp of icing sugar
    1tsp of pistachio spread
    Whisk to stiff peaks

    For the decoration:
    Pistachio spread (melted)

    (Refrigerate for 1 hour )
