Here is the detailed recipe of instant mawa modak

*RECIPE*
1. In a pan add 4 tbsp ghee, half litre of milk and 1.5 cup of milk powder.
2. Cook for 10 minutes until it starts thicken.
3. Add half tbsp elaichi powder, half cup sugar and kesar milk.
4. Cook until it become semi thick dough.
5. Cool it down.
6. Make any modak shape and garnish with pistachios and kesar.
7. Serve this mawa modak to your bappa.
