Instant Pot Pork Neckbones Recipe | Cook With Me | Tanny Cooks

#Neckbones in a pressure cooker/#InstantPot are a quick option for a soulful and flavorful meal. Being seasoned and marinated overnight make these taste just as good as #Oxtails! I paired mine with garlic green beans, but it would also be yummy over rice or mashed potatoes…

  1. I gotta tell you, … I decided to cook this exact recipe on Saturday night and OMG! I didn't know I could cook like that! I even bought oven bags, which I've never used before. I've cooked neck bones in the Instant Pot before, but I was looking for more flavoring this time and lucked up on this video. I was actually skeptical about adding bell peppers, but I followed your instructions and added some of each color, and it turned out fantastic. The bell peppers really brought the flavoring to the forefront. It made a huge difference! Thank you so much. This was a very easy dish to prepare. I'm curious to know your take on cooking braised short ribs or oxtails in the Instant Pop. I've cooked them before, but I think your version will probably have something more to offer. I'll peruse your channel to see if you've touched on the subject at all. Thanks again!
